SHIPPING: All orders to Canada are shipped by USPS First-Class Mail International for $6.99 USD. Packages arrive in 7-21 days, though to most locations deliveries take only 7-14 days. Once your package arrives in Canada, it will be delivered by your local postal service, Canada Post. This shipping method is very reliable. You will receive a shipping confirmation number by email when your order ships.
DUTY FEES: None! Under the North American Free Trade Agreement, there is no duty assessed on goods made in the US. CB-1 Weight Gainer is manufactured in a state-of-the-art facility in the US, so you pay no duty fees.
BROKER FEES: None! Since we ship by USPS/Canada Post, you will never be charged a brokerage fee. Brokers are used by shipping companies such as UPS or FedEx to import and deliver packages. However, USPS and Canada Post have an agreement to handle each other's mail, so you will never be charged a brokerage fee.
TAXES: Canada Customs may assess a tax (GST or HST) on goods valued at $20 CAD or more. Taxes are roughly 5-15% depending on the province destination. A $8.50 CAD "handling fee" may also be added when an item is taxed. When taxes are charged, customs places a taxes-owing form on the box. The box is held by the Post Office as a COD and the recipient pays the tax/handling when the package is retrieved. However, due to the high volume of packages going into Canada, customs cannot possibly check every one. Therefore, items valued at more than $20 CAD are frequently cleared through customs and delivered with no tax and no handling fee!
